And that's not actually him in the first panel, I know it looks like him. ;_; Just a coincidence. Or his twin, maybe. If you want to you can assume the latter, and make up a story about him in your head. Maybe he came to this... this naval base thing looking for his long lost brother, and got caught up in a web of intrigue and deception and...
But that's not actually what this comic is about. You can pretend though, if you want to.
